Welcome and thank you for visiting the Carrefour de l’offre active (COA) of the Consortium national de formation en santé (CNFS).
A hub for active offer!
The COA’s main objective is to provide teaching resources about the active offer of health services in French. It strives to raise awareness about language barriers and other issues related to the delivery of health services in French. It prepares future health professionals to become active offer leaders in their workplace.
In a few words, active offer is letting a patient know, from the first contact, that health services are available in French.
This concerns all primary health professionals, whether they are bilingual or not.
We invite you to learn more about the importance of increasing the access to health services in French, and what you can do to help.
